This is yesterdays food and activity log, this is something I am going to try and do on a regular basis, I certainly won’t be doing it daily as I log this on another website and doing it here also seems redundant. But I will do it if I feel I am doing really well, or going off track a little in order to keep me accountable.
Tea: Chicken Pasta & Green beans – 400 calories
Breakfast: 2 Slices of medium toast with low cal strawberry jam – 200 calories
Dinner: Vegetable soup & green beans – 200 calories
Snack 1: Crisps – 90 calories
Snack 2: Chicken, a crab stick, 3x cherry tomatoes & bettroot – 100 calories
Drinks: Juice & tea – 30 calories
Total: 1020
Exersize: None

Eep not a good day, zero exersize and almost 200 calories too few – that’s actually pretty rare, I do usually eat at least 1200 – 1400. And I had a packet of crisps, something I am trying to limit.
Must do better.
