Breakfast: Thick slice toast & low cal jam - 250

Tea: Chicken sausages, mash potato, onion gravy, cauliflower & broccoli - 600

Dinner: Corn flakes & milk - 200

Snack 1: Crisps - 90

Snack 2: Chicken, 3 cherry tomatos, crab stick - 100

Drinks: Tea, juice, water - 20

Total: 1260

Exercise: 35 minutes aerobics - 400 burned

A much better day, but still not perfect.

  1. I lost 45+ pounds in 2007, so I’d say, my best diet tip is to not allow yourself to get hungry and keep low-carb snacks around. Drinking water was also a great help as well.
