A confused Toria.

So I managed to lose a pound this week, great news…but it has left me confused. I usually exercise 5 days a week for any where from 60 - 75 minutes, and I am lucky if I lose any thing, I consider it a good week if I don’t gain.

With my elliptical out of action for the last 2 weeks, and having done a grand total of 2 hours exercise in that time…I lost 2lb, one each week. Both times when I stepped on the scale, based on the knowledge that despite working hard I often lose nothing, I was telling myself ‘As long as I havn’t gained more than a pound I will be happy’. This makes me wonder if I am doing something wrong, the last time I was unable to exercise for a week because I was away I dropped 3 lbs, my joint highest ever weight loss in a week.

What am I doing wrong that means I lose more weight, when I am not working out?
