I was only without my old elliptical for 2 weeks, but it felt like a whole lot longer. I got my new elliptical on Monday, I have used it 6 times since, but I can only manage 45 minutes on it at the moment – I was doing 75 on my old one. I can’t decide if I just got that much less fitter in the 2 weeks I wasn’t on it daily, or if it’s actually somehow working me harder.
I am about to go and weigh in for the week, it’ll be interesting to see how I go – after losing weight 2 weeks in a row when I wasn’t working out – I’m going to find it very hard to continue to motivate myself to work out next week, if I havn’t lost this week. Why bust my ass working out all week, when apparently I don’t need to, right?
