Tea: Chicken, roast potoato, stuffing, brocolli, cauliflower and gravy – 550 calories

Snack: Tuna & light mayo, chicken – 150 calories

Drinks: tea, juice, water – 20 calories

Total: 1210

Exercise: 45 minutes elliptical – 400 calories

A good day, and my Sunday roast is my favourite tea of the week, yum yum yum :)
