Dinner: Corn flakes & milk – 200

Tea: Chicken, roast potato and veg – 500

Snack: Crisps – 90

Snack: Beetroot, crab stick, cottage cheese – 50

Drinks: Tea, water, juice – 10

Total: 1030

Exercise: None

Far too low, I am not sure how that happened. I always seem to mess up when I am tired.
