Drinks: Tea, Juice, Water - 20
Snack: Chicken, Bread & Beetroot - 100

I’m not quite sure how I managed to get close to my target yesterday, I had things all confused and was eating low because I thought I was having a high calorie tea, and 650 is high for me, but then when it came to the end of the day I some how had over a 100 calories spare - I ate a slice of bread to make it up, which was the wrong choice as I’d already had my bread for the day and I have been trying to cut late night carbs - but better to go a bit over than a bit under imho :)
