30 minutes - done!
I did it, 30 minutes very low intensity on my elliptical. It felt nice to get working out again, though I was very conscious of the fact every time I tried to push it it hurt my poor head - so I kept it very low key, I was only doing about 12km on level 2 resistance for most of it. As they say though, anything is better than nothing and my 30 minutes burned 200 calories so I feel good about it, I am going to try again tomorrow.
