What is your top diet tip?
What is your top diet tip? mine is water. Yeah plain old ‘drink water’ - they say that a lot of the time when you think you are hungry, it’s actually just dehydration and a glass of something wet will see you right - so whenever it’s late, or I have eaten my calories for the day but I still feel hungry I go ahead and have a big glass of juice - of course this doesn’t always make the hunger go away, but I’d say it works about half of the time ![]()
