Move scale, Move!
I am having a hard time getting that scale to move again at the moment, I have not lost any thing since I hit my 3 stone target. Annoying. I can fully admit to not giving 100% the last few weeks, I some how seem to have lost my motivation somewhat - but I have by no means gone crazy, so still would have expected to lose a pound or two.
Next week I am going to increase my calories, from 1200 to 1400, this terrifies me quite honestly…I’ve spent the last year trying to cut calories and now I have to try eat more, it seems wrong to me, but I feel like I need to do it…I have other people telling me 1200 is too few, and since I am stalled any way…
I hope it doesn’t go horribly wrong.
