So yesterday was meant to be the start of my slighty changed regime – breakfast, and an increse of 200 calories per day. I was all set to start, but then got thrown a curve ball…I weighed myself on Sunday evening as I usually do, 12.8 still for the 4th weigh in in a row, no change since I hit my 3 stone lost mini goal. Then I weighed myself on Wednesday night in preperation for starting this…12.5, what? I lost 3lbs in 3lbs?! That’s insane, especially as I wasn’t working out or any thing – Tuesdays and Wednesdays are my days off.
I am pleased but also confused, I can go a month working hard and not lose any thing…then I go and drop 3lb in 3 days with mininmal effort. I will never understand how my body works.
So I have decided not to change my routine this week, I will see how things go for a while and then rethink. Ja.
