Getting back into the swing of things.
Yesterday I managed to do 50 minutes on my elliptical, over 400 calories burned according to the read out…though I sort of take that with a pinch of salt…as every online calculator says a different thing. I hadn’t really done that long on it in a few months, when my old one broke down and I was without one for 2 weeks, then I had a 9 day migraine I really got out of the swing of it. I have been doing it every day since then, but only managing 30 - 40 minutes. I am determined that I will get myself back up to 70+ a day, and pretty swiftly now also ![]()
Today is weigh day, I can’t wait to see if that random 3lb loss is going to stay off…or if as I suspect it was some sort of glitch and I will be having to add it back on! That won’t be fun, although I have done a lot of stalling and not losing lately…it’s ages since I have had a gain. That’s interesting actually, because gaining 1 or 2 lbs was pretty common for me before.
