A great tip for using your elliptical!

Here’s a tip I picked up several months ago that has been invaluable to me - an elliptical goes two ways, forwards and backwards. You are probably thinking ‘Duh’ at me right now, but think about it…when you go backwards instead of forwards you are working your muscles in different ways, and you are even working different muscles. Plus I personally find that as well as switching between different speeds, switching between directions helps to break up the monotony of a work out. So simple but so effective :)
