Back on track

The good news is that my migraine seems to have all but gone now, the further good news is that I didn’t put on any weight over the last week when I have done nothing but slob around in bed, hurrah. Tomorrow it’s time to get back into it, It’ll be the first time I have worked out in 8 days - that’s one mighty gap for me!

Hopefully I will find it pretty easy to get back into the swing of things, I am ready to get that scale on the move again…I am itching to get to my next mini goal :)
