So weekly weigh in last night and…I gained 2lb…boo hiissss spitttt. Honestly I wasn’t expecting to lose, since I had my mother of all migraines migraine, I have only worked out 4 times in the last two weeks and only giving 90% to my diet – but I wasn’t expecting a gain.
Here’s to hoping it was just a temporary glitch due to water, or time of the month, or salt, or….something, ANYTHING. haha.
Honestly I am not happy about it, but it’s hard to feel too bad about it…for the longest time I used to regularly gain a lb, lose a lb, lose a lb, gain a lb, stay the same, gain a lb, lose 2lb etc etc – I could faff about at around the same weight for several weeks before finally seeing a permanent loss. This is the first time I have had a gain at all in several months. And hopefully it’ll give me the kick up the arse I need to really get back into giving it 100%.
I don’t want to have to update my counts though, on ExtraPounds, CalorieCount.About.com and here in the sidebar, boooooo.
