Today is day 1 of what I have dubbed…’Step it up’ week. It basically is just that, for the next week I am really going to step it up and stick to my calories strictly, and work out hardcore on my elliptical – I am aiming for a 1000 calories a day deficit. If at the end of the week that hasn’t shifted any weight then next week is going to be ‘Switch it up’ week – where I am going to add 200 calories to my diet in the form of an extra meal and do aerobics instead of using my elliptical. Fingers crossed for me, I will let you know how it goes.
