Day one of ‘Step it up’ week went well, I did 55 minutes on the elliptical and burned 505 calories…according to the read out on it (who knows how accurate that is?), it certainly helped that I was watching the finale of The Biggest Loser USA while I was doing it – thrilled to see Bernie take the at home prize, and glad a woman has finally won the title so that now maybe everyone can stop going on about it lol
Diet has been good, slight under eat of about 50 calories but I can live with that.
Total daily deficit = 1205
err…actually that’s not as good as I thought, I was aiming for 800 – 1000 per day, I must have been working it out wrong as I was going along because I thought I was right on target. Darn it. Will do better tomorrow.
