Author: I came across another great weight loss resource a while ago, I am always on the look out for great communities to join so it’s a real treat whenever I do happen upon one. PlanetFatLoss.com offers a wealth of information on a huge array off subjects, from working out and fat loss to diet and nutrition and they also have a regularly updated blog on the main page, at the moment they have a fun little widget that you enter your information into and it comes back and tells you which celebrity you share a BMI with! Any way, check it out…there’s a lot of content already on the site to work your way through
