As you guys know, I think….my work out of choice is the elliptical…I have one at home that I use 5 days a week, I am also partial to some general aerobics…but I am always interested in trying new things (except running, I hate running) and a few weeks ago I heard about something which piqued my interest - The Cellerciser - a part from the fact it just sounds cool, it seems like a really useful piece of equipment.
