50lbs lost, but don’t feel like celebrating it.
So, at Wednesdays weigh in I finally lost a lb…meaning I now weight 12 stone, I have now lost 50lbs, I will weigh under 12 stone in another 1lbs time - but as happy as I am about it, I am not nearly as happy as I should be. As I have mentioned before, 12 stone has long since been a major goal in my head, but it’s hard to get excited about it when I am about to go away for 2 weeks and, although I plan to be as good as I can, I have no doubt that I won’t return still at 12 stone. So I am sort of not counting it, and will celebrate it when I get there…next time.
