A few days ago USA Network’s new original series In Plain Sight was brought to my attention, I thought that the premise of the show seemed great - it follows the life of Mary, a US Marshal in charge of all manner of people as they enter into the highly secretive witness protection program.
It made me think about what it’d really be like to have to go through that, and where I’d most like to get relocated to if I had to. It didn’t take me long to come to the conclusion it’d be New York City, aside from the fact it’d be pretty easy to get lost in such a big place - NYC is just so iconic, the skyline, the statue of liberty, Manhattan - I can’t imagine it’d be too hard to enjoy a new life there

I recently thought about the merits of living in a city versus a small town (like where I live now). From a fitness perspective, I think the cities have an advantage. You walk more places, have access to more facilities, and more restaurants cater to different eating styles. Beyond the air quality, cities might be better for our health than small towns.
