Not back into the swing of things yet
So I have been back for 6 days now, and I have only worked out once - ooops. It’s hard getting back into a routine when you have been out of it for two weeks, but in my defense I was really quite unwell for three of those days. Monday - Wednesday I felt just awful, almost ended up taking myself off to A&E - thankfully I feel a lot better since yesterday, but I still don’t know if it’s a good idea to hop on my elliptical…I am itching to, but I’d do anything in the world to avoid feeling that unwell again, ugh.
I have continued to eat an extra 200 calories per day, it’s bloody difficult though - I know it’s only 200 calories but it makes me feel like a pig, I feel like I am constantly eating and trying to ‘up’ them. It’ll be interesting to see what the scale says this Sunday - for once I have no idea what to expect or hope for.
