		<description>I recently thought about the merits of living in a city versus a small town (like where I live now).  From a fitness perspective, I think the cities have an advantage.  You walk more places, have access to more facilities, and more restaurants cater to different eating styles.  Beyond the air quality, cities might be better for our health than small towns.
