Sites and Sounds
I think it’s safe to say that everyone likes music, have you ever met someone who says that they don’t? Of course we all have different tastes, styles, likes and favourites - but we all love it. So it’s no surprise that one of the biggest subjects on the Internet, is music. There has to be millions upon millions of music related blogs out there, so it’s great to have a site like Sites and Sounds, a music site that aims to help us Discover New and Free music at Sites and Sounds.
There isn’t that much on the site yet, I tried searching for a number of artists and came back with no results…but the site is still in it’s early stages and developing fast so it’ll be interesting to check back in a few months time to see how far it’s come. They cover a wide range of music selection types from pop, R & B, jazz, alternative, contemporary, country, indie, rock, and lots more.

I recently thought about the merits of living in a city versus a small town (like where I live now). From a fitness perspective, I think the cities have an advantage. You walk more places, have access to more facilities, and more restaurants cater to different eating styles. Beyond the air quality, cities might be better for our health than small towns.
