A new BMR calculator.
I found a new BMR calculator, at Phord.com - I always use the one over at Caloriecount.about.com usually but this one seems like it could be more accurate as there are a lot more options to set. There are several options for lifestyle for example - rather than just the basic 3 (sedentary, average, active) you see on most site - I never know what to choose as I work from home so am sat at the computer most of the time, but work out hard 5 days a week, so I usually just go for sedentary to be on the safe side. It confuses me somewhat though because it has my natural burn as 200 more than the one I have been using previously - which means I should be eating even MORE calories, I am already having a hard enough time increasing it by 200, I can’t imagine increasing it by 400!
