Weigh in result
No loss again this week, still at 11.11. Grrr.
I am not sure that this upping my calories by 200 a day thing is really working out, I am not gaining which is a plus, but I am also no losing - I’d have expected something to happen, one way or the other.
I will continue on with it for another few weeks though, maybe until the end of the month…and then rethink things.
