Oh good golly, not only did I fail to lose weight at my weekly weigh in last night…I gained a pound….gained – that means I have lost a total of eff all in 2 months now.
I’m trying to not allow myself to be too bothered by it, as I know weight can fluctuate and as it is my time of the month coming up, that pound may well disappear again in a few days – but this is a disaster of epic proportions.
I am at a loss now. I’ve started a thread over on the forums at caloriecount.com asking for advice and tips and encouragement – I hope to gawd I can find something there that can inspire me to not only try something new, but really throw myself into it and make it work – because right now I am just confused and lacking in motivation.
