Weigh in result

*Sigh*

No loss again. This is really becoming tiresome now. I am not going to get down about it though, you always have to keep on keeping on when it comes to weight loss, right? Next week I am going to follow my Zig Zag plan 100% to the letter, or to the calorie even ;)
I will eat exactly how many calories I am meant to eat and I will burn exactly how many I am meant to burn through exercise. Fingers crossed that will give me a better result.
