So the new plan of attack didn’t exactly get off to the best start, I have been good as gold with my food, but not so much with my working out — in my defence the reason I didn’t work out the last two days is because I got my womanly time of the month, they might say that exercise helps ease the stomach cramps, but I know from experience that I just can’t get myself going when I am like that…I have pushed through the pain in the past, and I am lucky if I manage to burn 200 calories in 45 minutes! I am better off just relaxing for a few days then getting back into it with a vengeance
