So here’s what I worked out on my last shopping trip, I need to do something about my belly!
I think running and using the cross trainer has done wonders for my bottom half…my bum and thighs are starting to look really trim, but my big fat belly remains…well, big and fat!
Frankly I am dubious of any diets with a name, if it’s ‘all the craze’ and ‘everyone is doing it’ then I usually tune out, fad diets are not my thing — I am dubious about this one also but it is intriguing enough to make me want to try it….and interestingly they have a sort of contest running at the moment where you can apply to try the diet, you get a free book and take part in events along the way…including blogging about your journey and chatting with others doing the same thing, and those who complete the program gain a free year long membership to the Flat Belly Club website!
I am considering applying.
