One of those pesky pounds lost already

I can’t wait to get to my next mini goal of ‘Under 11 stone’, I feel it will be a huge mental break through for me to no longer be in the ‘obese’ category, and within the same stone as I was 5 years ago at my lowest adult weight (I was 10.2…so I will still have a way to go, but be in the same sort of zone teehee).

Given how slow I am currently losing weight though I think it’s still going to be a few months before I get there, it’s only 5lbs…but this current half a stone or so is proving to be the most difficult 7lb weight loss ever!
