Yay, I finally got to my next mini goal — it seemed like I was struggling with those pesky pounds for ever. I think in future I shall keep my mini goals nice and small.

I now officially weigh under 11 stone, my BMI is 29.9 — I am out of the obese category and into the plain old overweight one. I have never been so happy to be called overweight haha.

Of course, I am only a quarter of a pound under 11 stone so there’s a good chance that when I next weigh in I will be back up again, as you know my weight fluctuates a lot, but that’s OK, I am still counting it.

I have updated my next mini goal over in my side bar — 10.10 — a nice short 3 pound mini goal that will mean I will have lost a total of 5 stones since I began this journey
