…weighing myself so often. Seriously it’s every day at the moment and I don’t know why — I just can’t help myself.
I used to weigh in once a week, on a Sunday…then it slowly crept up to twice a week, on a Sunday and Wednesday…eventually it became three times a week, on a Sunday, Wednesday and Friday and now for the last few weeks I have been doing it literally every day.
I don’t think it’s healthy really to want to weigh in every single day — it also means if I do lose any thing it’s less exciting.
I need to reign myself in.
