I finally decided to bite the bullet and email the place I bought my Heart Rate Monitor, even though I can’t really explain what’s wrong with it — they got back to me and said that they would refund but could not replace because they no longer have then in stock. That’s not what I wanted to hear, it is worth £60 but I managed to get it for around £20 due to using some discounts and vouchers, £20 back is not enough to replace it with a new or even as good quality one
So I emailed the manufacturers directly and am now waiting for a response from them. Hopefully they will agree to either fix or replace it for me.
I shall keep you updated.
