Yay, today I reached a huge milestone — I am 10 stone 10 pounds for a total of 5 stone lost since I started out on this weight loss journey over two years ago now — that’s awesome

A lot slower than the guys on The Biggest Loser sure, but it’s realistic and sustainable

It’s crazy to think that my overall goal is actually getting close now, it seemed like so far away for the first year or so, now it feels like it’s just around the corner.

1 stone and 1 pound to go, I expect it to take a while — I just checked and it’s actually taken me over 6 months to lose the last stone, but I think I should be at goal weight for sure before this year is out
