Oh boy I am not having much luck with this heart rate monitor. I sent it back because York Fitness said they would replace it, waited over a week and it came back to me — with the batteries changed — what? Is that replacing it York Fitness? I had already had the batteries changed and it made no difference.
They said I didn’t include a proof of purchase, but I certainly did — I included my original Amazon receipt — which is retrospect was dumb of me because now I don’t have that, I should have sent a copy.
When I complained with a long email, their response was ‘Did the new batteries fix the problem?’.

I don’t know what my next move is, but I will not be spending any more money on postage and the like, that’s for sure — I am £10 down already!
