I am having a real *bangs head on desk* time at the moment, I have been working my arse off the last two weeks — really pushing myself in my workouts and doing at least two hours per day, as a result I have….gained one pound.
Yeah it’s only a pound and it’ll be gone again soon enough, but why would I gain a pound? I am meant to be losing.
It seems like I just don’t know what I am doing at the moment, I don’t know if I should stick with it and keep trying as hard, or just assume that I am burning too many calories.
I wish I had Bob Harper on speed dial, he’d know what to do hehe
