This week has been terrible diet and exercise wise. I started out the week eating four large cookies over two days — I can’t even explain why, I have been at this for over two years now and aside from during holidays or the like I have never pigged out so much.
Normally I would eat four cookies in about four months.
The following day I got smacked down with the mother of all migraines, I was completely wiped out — not even getting out of bed — for three days. I thought I was feeling better so tried a little go on Wii Fit but it caused me to totally relapse.
I do feel a little better now but although I want to work out, I don’t want to risk setting it off again…so will probably continue not working out for at least a few more days.
It’s been a week already since I last worked out.
It is weigh in time in around an hour, I am not looking forward to it one bit.
