..from working out, I only worked out and burned 350 calories once this week on Friday. And I feel great about it.
I have been at this for over 2 years now and have always been completely motivated, I rarely take days off so to take a whole week off is crazy for me.
But I am finding it so hard to shift weight at the moment, I have only lost a mere 5lbs in the last three months. For two weeks I was working out at least two hours per day and still stepping on that scale on a Sunday and seeing no change.
This week I didn’t work out and I saw the same thing, no loss, no gain — so why should I feel bad about it. It may even help me and next week when I kick it up a notch again I might actually shift some weight. Who knows? But it loved having the week off, so there.
