I took my foot off the gas last week, I only worked out once and I had a very high calorie few days on Tuesday and Wednesday and I escaped unscathed, I did not gain any weight, but I am not going to push my luck.
This week I am back on the wagon and am going to do at least 2 hours of exercise per day. The week for me started yesterday and I met my goal — I did 70 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes Wii Fit and 40 minutes aerobics.
Yay me.
I will keep you updated on my progress. Though I imagine I won’t lose any weight, I just can’t shift it at the moment for love nor money — and that worries me because if I work out so hard and don’t lose weight, following a week when I didn’t work out and ate poorly, how ever am I going to motivate myself to work out and eat right in the next few weeks? eep.
