So, I am now 15 days and 10 workouts into my 30 day challenge on EA Sports Active, and I am enjoying it. It’s a lot more fun than Wii Fit for sure and I like that you do something different every day – last night it had me doing squats that you have to stay in for 1 minute for the first time and oh my word….that hurt…I have never done that before! It also burns a lot more calories than I ever could on Wii Fit and opens your eyes to things you might not have considered before, like I love the tennis and boxing exercises on it so may well go and take a class in them or something.
In terms of weight loss…no change. But what’s new? I am at the stage now where I think I could go a week without food and I wouldn’t lose any weight. It’s just not shifting no matter what I do.
I also don’t see or feel any change in my muscles/tone which is a shame as I had expected to, but my other half commented that my arms are looking much thinner so maybe it’s just that I can’t see it? I really should have taken my measurements before I started — the last logged ones I have are a few months old.
