There are many things I hate about migraines, if you have ever had one you’ll know exactly what I mean.
The not being able to see, the pain, the nauseousness, the dizziness etc.
But one of the worst things is that it pretty much means I won’t be doing any exercise for quite some time because even after getting better I don’t want to risk a relapse – so a migraine = at least a week off from working out
Hopefully this one will pass quickly.
