After two weeks away and not doing any exercise I actually found it really easy to get back into it last week — eating well and working out daily.

This week it’s the total opposite, I have been eating a lot of stuff I would usually touch with a barge pole…like cookies and big pies…and I am struggling to work out at all.

It’s strange, I thought I had jumped straight back to work but apparently not. Oh well, I am sure I will get there soon enough :)
