And I don’t mean at the time, I mean afterwards.
After my first ever jog, which I hated, it took me three days to recover. I had all the usual aches and pains that you’d expect but I also felt light headed for a few days and my shins felt like they were going to snap in half every time I put any pressure on them at all.
I think I pushed myself too hard and the reason I got light headed is because I over heated, so to speak. I went out with a long sleeved cotton tshirt and a little fleece jacket on.
I am going to try again, either tomorrow or Monday. I am going to wear better footwear and just a tshirt and hope that my second attempt works out better
