Since I started out on this whole thing I have used the same site to measure my BMI, it’s the first result for ‘bmi calculator’ on google so I figured it must be good – according to that one my BMI is currently 26.4.

However a few days ago I wasn’t near my own computer and needed to check it for some reason, and somehow came across a different one instead. Imagine my surprise when it gave me a different result for the exact same statistics.

According to this new one 26.2!

Yes I know it’s only a difference of .2 but I like to know exactly what the deal is at all times so it’s completely confused me – at the moment a 1lb loss = a .2 difference on the scale, so if the second result is more accurate then I need to adjust all my goals and everything.

How very annoying.
