Well, I am afraid it has not been a very productive week work out wise. I was really busy on Monday and Tuesday and usually I’d work out at least a little bit any way, but I just felt like I had been hit by a ton of bricks – despite getting caught up on lots of sleep I was still worn out.
On Tuesday night a migraine hit me, so that explained why I had been feeling so rough. It has been a pretty mild one thankfully, but very persistent – I have not had a moments break from it.
Jump to yesterday when I was feeling a lot better and hadn’t had any visual disturbances in over 24 hours – and I woke up feeling like death, sore throat, swollen glands and a runny nose! So now it looks like I have come down with a cold or bug of some sort.
Argh.
I hate working out as you well know and I am not going to lie and say I don’t enjoy having time off from it, but I do get antsy when I can’t work out for this long and I’d take being healthy and working out over being ill any day!
