One thing I have quickly realised is how hard it is to keep making these Couch to 5k podcasts, the first few are easy to find the tracks for but as you make more you see it’s harder and harder to find really good running songs that are the right sort of speed and are going to be known by most people – which is my goal for my podcasts.

I came across this great reggae summer MP3 album on Amazon earlier for only $3.99 and thought…hmm…that could provide me with lots of new choices. Satisfaction by The Heptones is definitely going to be going on my week 5 podcast.
