I feel as though I am definitely missing something my diet at the moment – I bruise like a peach and my skin in general is really bad and blotchy. A quick search suggests I may be lacking in vitamin C which makes sense as I don’t eat nearly as much fruit as I should. But I am going to check with the doctors when I go in a few days about my migraines. Once I know what the problem is I can look online to see what sort of supplements I should be taking and where I can get them from.

A friend suggested Supplement News would be a good place to start looking so that is where I am headed right now.
