I have decided it’s time to recount my calories – what I mean is I am going to make sure that I am eating what I think I am. As we know by now I eat mainly the same meals each week and over time it’s possible I rounded numbers up or down, forgot the exact numbers or my portion sizes crept up etc.

It’s a long time since I actually counted calories in my staple foods – assuming that I already just know them.

So over the next few days I am digging out the scales, reading the labels and making sure I know exactly what’s going into my body :)
