Aww boo, third week in a row without loss.
Being on a plateau for so long, thinking you are finally off it and then hopping right on another one just 5 pounds later…annoying, to say the least.
I think it’s time to step it back up a gear. I managed to break my last plateau by taking my foot off the pedal slightly, not count the calories quite so much, allow the occasional high calorie day, work out a little less. Now that’s stopped working I need to do the opposite, work out hard, count every calorie and stick to low cal days.
That’s what I am going to do for the next three weeks, because I am going away for a week after that and I will take my foot off the pedal again for that week.
Keep my body guessing. Wish me luck.
